Formerly Vice President at InterActive Vision (Danish venture) and Studio Manager at Gamelion Studios (Finnish venture), he has an experience in overseeing large-scale operations, managing teams of up to 150, and controlling multi-project budgets. With a sharp focus on business development, Marcin has successfully participated in establishing daughter companies across Central and Eastern Europe and led business development efforts at major international trade events (London and Los Angeles). He is dedicated to finding innovative solutions that enhance daily operations and drive sustainable growth.
