Gregor Muir - Policy and Communications Officer
Gregor joins the team with a background in trade publishing and journalism, having worked as an editor for five years in the electrical retail and garden supplies sectors.
Gregor has significant experience with conducting interviews, writing engaging stories and representing the interests of a diverse readership.
Having attended a small Highland school, Gregor played a wide variety of sport in his youth, from badminton and basketball to rugby and shinty, and has even been known to (attempt to) toss a caber. However, he is most comfortable on a football pitch.
As someone who is passionate about sport, Gregor is excited about the opportunity to work with the SSA and help support Scottish sport.
