Scottish Curling - Development Manager, North & East Scotland
The Royal Caledonian Curling Club (RCCC), trading as Scottish Curling, was established in 1838 and is the National Governing Body for the sport of curling in Scotland. With approximately 10,500 members in around 550 clubs it is one of the largest governing bodies of sport in Scotland.
Scottish Curling is seeking to appoint a new Development Manager, for North and East Scotland, to build participation and membership and help us bounce back from the impact of Covid-19; a crucial role at a critical time for the sport. This post will be responsible for supporting our partner ice rinks at Curl Aberdeen, Dundee Ice Arena, Live Active Dewars Centre (Perth), Fife Ice Arena (Kirkcaldy), Forfar Indoor Sports, Kinross Curling, Inverness Ice Centre and Moray Leisure Centre (Elgin) along with delivering various national projects.

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with members, stakeholders and volunteers. Someone who understands the bigger picture and thinks strategically, has excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to plan and manage multi-faceted projects
